• Use the service for lawful purposes only
• Not engage in fraudulent activities or click fraud
• Not use automated tools or bots to surf websites
• Respect the intellectual property rights of others

4. Website Submission Guidelines

Websites submitted to TraffiX must comply with the following guidelines:

• Be family-friendly content
• Not contain illegal material
• Not contain malware or harmful scripts
• Not contain pop-ups or redirects
• Not contain adult content
• Not contain hate speech or discriminatory content

5. Banner Advertising Terms

When using banner advertising services on TraffiX, you agree to:

• Submit banners that are appropriate for all audiences
• Ensure banners do not contain misleading or deceptive content
• Not use banners that promote illegal activities or harmful products
• Comply with all applicable advertising laws and regulations
• Not use auto-playing audio or video in banner content
• Accept that TraffiX reserves the right to reject any banner content

6. Credits System

The credit system operates as follows:

• Users earn credits by viewing other websites
• Credits can be used to get their own website views
• Credits expire after 90 days of inactivity
• Multiple accounts are not permitted

7. User Content and Intellectual Property

By submitting content to TraffiX, you:

• Warrant that you own all rights to the content or have permission to use it
• Grant TraffiX a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display your content
• Are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe on any rights
• Agree to indemnify TraffiX against any claims related to your content

8. Prohibited Activities

You are prohibited from:

• Creating multiple accounts
• Using fraudulent methods to earn credits
• Attempting to manipulate the system
• Sharing your account with others
• Violating any laws or regulations
• Engaging in spam or unwanted promotional activities

9. Privacy and Data Protection

TraffiX is committed to protecting your privacy:

• We collect and process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• Your personal information is used only for service improvement and support
• We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data
• You have the right to access and control your personal information

10. Account Suspension and Termination

TraffX reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently restrict any user account if there is a suspected violation of these Terms of Service, fraudulent behavior, abuse, automated activity, or any action that may harm the platform, its users, or third parties.

Account Suspension

When an account is suspended, the user’s access to TraffX services may be limited or disabled while an internal review or investigation is conducted.

Resolution Period

Users have a maximum period of ninety (90) days from the date of account suspension to contact TraffX support and attempt to resolve the issue.

Permanent Account Deletion

If no resolution is reached within ninety (90) days, TraffX reserves the right to permanently delete the account and all associated data, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

No Guarantee of Account Restoration

TraffX does not guarantee the restoration of suspended accounts, especially in cases involving serious violations, repeated abuse, or security and legal risks.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

TraffiX is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the service.

12. Limitation of Liability

TraffiX shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
